renew membership

Hi!
Its time for me to renew my membership and when I `klick`on that it says I´ll get 5 dollar discount.

I ´klick´ ADD TO CART then the discount is gone ,..... and there is no code to add to get the discount ?

If I remember correctly when I renewed my membership in June, I did not have to put in a code for the discount. While the subscription is generally $42.95, at the end when I completed the transaction without putting in a code for the discount, the final bill automatically registered as $37.95. If it does not pop up that way for you, you can always contact TQS with an email and work it out, but I am near certain I did not have to do anything.

I just renewed my membership and when I went to complete my payment it put in the discount. I didn't have to put in a code.

Hoping a system administrator sees this. Although my membership doesn't actually expire until the end of December, I renewed it on Monday, November 10th through this new website paying for it with my Paypal account. I received a welcome to Star Membership notice by email which advised that there was one thing I had to do to "enjoy to full benefits of membership...you have to create a login"! Oops. I have been a Star Member for a number of years. I was only renewing; not joining for the first time. Can someone assist??

Is it possible to pay with paypal when purchasing membership? If so, I will renew my membership right away.

I paid with Paypal a few months ago when I renewed my membership, so I know it was possible then. I had a problem that you probably won't. My TQS email address and my Paypal email address are different, so on renewal my Paypal email address superseded everything. Because TQS had never seen my Paypal email address, I was set up as a new member and it was going to be necessary for me to change my screen name, etc. I think my problem was fairly unique~ you should have no problem at all if your TQS email and Paypal email addresses are the same.
