Problems with sending and getting e-mail from TQS

Hi,
Also, in the mean time you can check and see if TQS got accidentally added to your "blocked senders" list. If it did, non of their mail will make it through your email filter.
Even if they are not in the blocked senders list, they may still be considered spam by your email filters. You can check in your "junk mail" folder (something named like that) and see if the TQS stuff is there. If it is, you should be able to "right click" on the message and indicate that this sender is "safe" or that this is not junk mail.
Good luck!

I have contacted tech support, or at least I wrote to them, but do not know if it went through, as I have not heard back. I can not sent a comment to a QS member from their profile, and I have not received anything from TQS itself. When I blog I have to go back and check to see if there are any comments to approve. Since I do not get the automatic e-mail telling me that I have comments to approve.

Hello Margarita,
Sorry you are having this problem with the emails, but after investigation, I am not able to figure out why your webserver jwilcox.name is returning your emails as undeliverable. The best solution I can provide you is the same one from the email you received from me on July 31st.
Simply create a gmail or yahoo email account, then enter that under "My Account" in thequiltshow.com. If you want, you can tell gmail/yahoo to forward your emails to your jwilcox.name account. This is the best I can do for now.
Hope this helps.
