After careful and long consideration (giggle), and because I don't want to get John all worried, I have decided that all the lovely TQS folks can share out my stars between them when they are taken down ........... Now, now, boys and girls, queue up nicely! No pushing and shoving! Alex gets first pick!

I definitely want to keep my star. Star members get a few perks so please let us stay that way. But I am confused about next year. If we have memberships, will we be signed up for all the series for 2009? This year was wonderful with a new show every other week-is this how it's going to continue? 26 shows for the year?

I got my e-mail today, that explained how the membership was going to work. You can join for an half year, or, for a full year. An half year is 13 episodes and a full year would be 26.
If you are a series 3 subscriber, you get a coupon for 6 month membership, that you can give to a friend. The coupon is good until January 31, 2009.
I signed-up as soon as I read the e-mail.
Thank you ARJJ for a great quilting place :!:

Maybe I'm just making this more complicated than it really is, but now I'm more confused than before. Does the year or half year begin after the series 3 expires (i.e. January 1) or does it begin when we sign up for the next year (i.e. today, November 14)? And what about the stars? Is that continuing or will the stars be dropped?
This is still the best bargain in quilting, and I certainly intend to sign up for another year. However I'd like a clearer explanation about how the membership renewal works--or am I just not understanding something?

I'm going to try to put in writing what I think this is all about. We signed up for series 3 and we will be able to view the series 3 shows thru 12-09. We now need to sign up for the next 26 shows. This is our year membership. I signed up tonight and my account says my membership goes thru 12-09. That includes the 26 shows that will air thru 2009. And if this is not what happened, I hope someone will set me straight. Gloria thinking I have it right.

I am just as confused as some of you. If my account says I am a paid member until Dec/ 2009, then I should be able to watch whatever series is showing until Dec. 2009 whether it be Series 3 or the upcoming Series 4. Do I have that part right? OR whatever Gloria said. I hope someone can enlighten me. Judy in AZ
