It just means that the topic hasn't had a reply in a while and has therefore fallen to the bottom of the topic list. If someone wants to bring it back to the top, they need to post something. Common postings are "bump" or "to the top". Keeps it in view and active.

That's kewl, thanks, now I understand and so if U want something "bumped up" then ...post a question or comment pertaining to the subject that is legit or PLEEEEASE let it be. I'm tired of waisting my time going to topics that have nothing new to offer but someones curiosity to see it come back for nothing more to do than waiste my time.
