Amanda Murphy's book - very cute

I bought Amanda Murphy's book over the summer, wayyyyyyyyy before the current marking blitz, and approve very much of TQS featuring her. She's very fresh and has a very cute eye and approach to design. I just finished her 3-d tree, and attach a photo. Her directions were very good and NOT confusing (unlike 99% of time - I find that most pattern instructions - whether it be for a quilt or purse, etc. are confusing and poorly written). Due to lack of time, I couldn't make anything more from her book, but still hope to do so for next year's holidays. I am still working on projects on my plate that need to be finished.

It's a very cute book, and I highly recommend it.

    Pat

(PS really sorry for poor photo - taken with cell phone............)

Just don't let on to the Modern Quilt Guild or they might get upset that they aren't as 'modern' as they thought they were!
