    Show 1011 Carol Ann Waugh

Hi, I was really excited to see this show come up having done an online class with Carol earlier in the year. She's a great teacher and very forgiving.

We started off making a stitch bible which has been invaluable. I made mine with batiks and put a stupendous stitching piece as the front cover. I use loads of stitches now when quilting and am forever looking them up.

I'll put in picture on my profile page. I've got to go back and look at the other quilt artist part yet but that looks inspiring too.

I loved this show too and I have already made a bag and a couple of Christmas decorations using cording and decorative stitches. Another inspiring show from TQS!

I know exactly what you mean Eileen. I watch a show, think 'that's a great idea/technique. I'd like to try that.' Then before I've had a chance to, the next show comes along with another great idea. I obviously need to work faster, get up earlier, go to bed later......

Just discovering how spoilt we are Pam.

I've decided to make a small A4 size quilt of each technique I'm inspired by then I can use it for reference in projects. Please don't ask me this time next year if I've kept it up

              Here it is Shirley: http://watch/watch-shows/video/show-...dous-stitching

In order to search for any show, click on the DAILY BLOG tab on the purple bar and click on the SEARCH box on the upper right side of the page.
Enter the name of the guest and select the box that says SHOWS, then click SEARCH.

If you know the show number (1011 in this case), just click on the WATCH SHOWS tab on the purple bar and click on the SHOW LIST tab to navigate to the one you want to watch.

              Hope that helps.
