Delivery time of DVD Series 2

    Hi,

As a TQS member who is not living in the USA, I have a question about the delivery of DVD 2.
How long does it take to send the DVD to Europe (Netherlands)?
The package was shipped to me on 11/18/2008 via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Intl, Flat Rate Env, as the message from mailto:[email protected] stated.
Are there more Europeans waiting for their DVD 2?
And if you already received it, how long did you have to wait until your DVD arrived?
I am a bit worried, because normally my fabric and notions orders from other shops in the USA are delivered in 3-4 weeks.

That does seem like a long delivery time, Eugenie. Maybe you should drop a note on the CONTACT link? Maybe they can tell you what's going on?

I just mailed your question to Patti at the shoppe - I too, think that is way too long - Io want to note that Patti is off this week to be with her family - so it will probably be the start of next this will be solved. But to everyone here, if you have any problems ordering write to mailto:[email protected] - Patti is wonderful and will help you out.

Eugenie, I ordered my copy of series 2 dvd as soon as it was available. I remember we were told that they wouldn't be posted out for a few days as everyone was at Houston, I think. Anyway mine arrived within a week. My husband has been caring for it for some time as it was part of my christmas present. Normally mail only takes 4-5 days to reach us in UK from USA. It sounds like yours has gone astray in the post.

I hope that TQS can get a replacement to you soon. Pam

I live in the UK, and the DVD took 9 days. Mail between the UK and the US is really weird. The fastest has been from a very rural area of Idaho to me in 2 days, and the longest took 7 weeks and 4 days from Boston (airmail!). Go figure......

I hope you'll get your DVD soon.

And if Patti reads this: I think you are lovely!!

Patti is a sweetheart! I had a glitch with my first DVD order and she called me to make sure everything worked out okay. Awesome lady.

                    Hi,

Suddenly I realized that the often called white gloved ladies at quilt shows are also called Quilt Angels.
At a quilt show the Quilt Angel is a volunteer who shows the quilts off and helps protect them from being loved to death.....

As you surely can understand, I didnot refer to such an angel ops:
