The Quilt Show
Hello Everyone
I am posting more of comment than a question! I love the quilt show.
I live in country Victoria Australia, in a wonderfully named place, Puckapunyal. I am an avid quilter and I have learnt so much from your show. I have had to rely on books and what I can glean from websites, in the past, so it is wonderful to be able to watch people create and learn new techniques from your show
Keep up the the good work and know you are really appreciated overseas as well - let us know when you are coming to Australia!
Thanks so much

I bought Ricky Tims Convergence quilt book whilst on holiday in South Australia. When I got home I did a search on Ricky and found TQS, and watched the free show then joined.
Thanks again
Wendy
PS My husband Nigel is very long suffering when it comes to quilt shops. We were in the Barossa Valley, which is a wine growing region in South Australia. I was doing all the driving he was doing all the tasting. So he did make an effort by asking all and sundry if they knew any quilt shops - he found 3 and I found Ricky's book.

WELCOME WENDY, The Quilt Show has added so much to my life, not only the shows but the blogs and the forum and many friends that I have met here. Hope that your experience is just as exciting. We toured Australia a few years ago and loved it. Would love to come back. Your country was beautiful and the people were so friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite things is a quilt I made with fabrics from Australia and New Zealand. It has a place of honor in our den. Dh didn't even mind my trips to quilt shops there, he figured fabric was one of the cheapest souvenirs I could buy (my other choices were opals and sapphires so he was happy LOL) Anyway glad you have found us and again welcome and enjoy, Hugs from Ann
