And here are the rest of the blocks all joined togetherI'm really pleased with how this is turning out. I still have a 9" white border to add, and then a green & white triangles border to push it out to bed sized. and because the wide white border is going to have to be pieced, I am planning on making a few more diddy blocks to scatter through the joins. The sashing went on much easier for the full size - probably because I had more chance of gentle easing, than in the diddy one.
Limbania, since I was making the small blocks alongside the larger ones, it was just a case of repeat what I had just done, only smaller.
I'm thinking that I might actually get brave enough to enter this into next year's Great Northern Quilt Show (if I can track down the entry forms :wink: )

Ok, got the entry form, and read all the details, it needs to be finished by the beginning of July, definitely doable, after the speed I got the Sottts quilt done in :shock: - I suppose I could enter my Sottts quilt in the 'group quilt ' category as well :wink: although I will definitely be doing some frogging on it if I do.
