SINCE YOU WERE LAST HERE

I LIKE the search feature since you were last here.... it allows you to see the newest issues on the baord. It however wipes out everytime a person leaves then comes to the board and then you have to scan the entire list looking for the newest post if you want to figure out what is going on.


MY visits to the board is constantly interuppted. I usually come 2 to 3 times per day when I have down time... example before I go to work... lunchtime and then sometimes in the evening.

Is there anyway to configure the SINCE YOU WERE HERE LAST to feature the last 25-50 newest post instead of those post that were on the board since your last visit. If you do not want to change the SINCE YOU WERE HERE LAST feature... maybe just add a newest post link.

I think other posters would find this a useful tool to the board.

Anna, something I've used a few times when I know I can't get thru a long list of "latest posts" is CTRL PRINT SCR, this will capture the image on the screen, then you can paste it into a word doc, and THAT will keep for you a list of the posts you want to check when you get back to your computer. Of course, this only works if you are coming back to the same computer, not if you're traveling, or switching between home & work (of course, none of us would dream of sneaking a peek on the job, huh? :roll: ) (you can just simply print screen too, but the former saves paper & ink...)
