Just out of curiosity---I only counted projects that I have actually cut fabric for. I didn't count the kits, patterns with fabric purchased, fabric purchased for a really great project I saw somewhere, books purchased because I really have to try that technique, etc. Because, if I have to count all that, I will be up all night and will have a list a mile long.ops:

Okay, I'll try and count today. I'm going to have to include the ones where I have all the fabric included, like my 3 Jinny Beyer projects that I bought at her shop.ops:
ops:
First, I have to work upstairs on a customer quilt. I'll resurface later.

OMG, do those count, too? the ones where you have the fabric and the pattern stuck away in a bag? I have too many to count. If I didn't set foot in another shop for as long as I have left on this earth, I would have enough to keep busy between quilting and knitting and crocheting. Did I mention that I have all of this yarn, too, for Project Linus?

Okay then. I'll just start with the ones I've actually worked on at some time.
Quilted, not bound:
Little country panel I picked up at a show
DIL's DWR(needs a scalloped binding and I've never done one)
Pieced, not quilted:
Harvest Spice
Judy L's Quilt for an Hour(I think August??)
Rail Fence
In progress:
Dh's Boy Scout T-shirt quilt
Convergence quilt
2 Christmas sampler quilts.
Still life from Robbi Joy Eklow class
That's all I can find right now. I can't get to some stuff in my sewing room, DD piled bags of her t-shirts in there for me to make her a quilt. There are 4 bags of shirts; she can't make up her mind which ones she doesn't want.

Eileen, you might want to check out Sharon Schamber's video (in the free area) about making a curved binding for the DWR!
http://www.sharonschambernetwork.com...ved/part1.html
As for the beautiful quilt on your blogspot, I would recommend you check out some Katie Pasquini's books. The quilting doesn't show much on her web site, but your quilt is similiar to some of hers, and you can probably get some direction from seeing what she did.

Here's a thought on that binding Eileen - do a facing like Vikki Pignattelle did! That is what I plan to do with my SIL's DWR. I am not using full peice and cutting out the middle though - I have precut 6" wide strips I will use by sewing them right side together with the quilt top, then I will turn it to the back and whip stitch under the raw edge. I'll be left with a finished edge, no visible binding, and I don't have to deal with miles of bias strip and all those little miter folds. I can't say for sure it will work, but in theory I am really excited to try this out and see how it does. I'll let you know when I finish it - if all goes well I should be binding by the end of the week.

Last night when I couldn't sleep because I kept thinking there were some very important things that were not getting packed for the summer tour in the motorhome (obsessive compulsive and insomnia are a terrible combination - you never know what horrors you can conjur up) So I made a list well actually two lists because the craft ufo's that have to get done either for my classes or the craft shows are one list and the quilting is another list. So here goes:
Craft list : six categories with two to three necessary items per category and several wanna do's or would be nice to do's but that list is doable as it is what I work on as we go down the road and when waiting in drs. offices and for other appointments.
Quilt list:
15 must or really need to do's but seven are relatively small projects the biggies are:
1. grand nephew's baby quilt for upcoming baby in June (only needs to be quilted and bound)
2.Wall hanging for dd (should have been last yrs Christmas present)
3. grand nephew's wedding quilt - have pattern and fabric but that is it and that needs to be done by September so can leave in Minnesota for Dec. wedding
4. Motorhome quilt - in progress doing a quilt as you go and have 2/3 of squares done so have to finish squares sash and bind.
5. Convergence started at Minnesota Quilt Fest last summer - no deadline just my frustration seeing it sit there
6. challenge for an online quilt group -deadline April 11th (oops this should be higher up)
7. dgd's quilt - no deadline here either just my own frustration at having it still on the list and not done
8. quad convergence - a challenge to myself and sometimes I COUNT TOO.
FOUR WANNADO'S - A RHAPSODY, A QUILT BASED ON A PAINTING SEEN IN MEXICO, A QUILT USING STATE FLOWER FABRIC THAT HAS BEEN SITTING HERE BREWING FAR TOO LONG AND THE TQS BOM's
AND
12 CHRISTMAS GIFTS - PLACEMATS, TOTE BAGS, A COUPLE OF WALL HANGINGS, NOTHING REAL BIG BUT TAKE TIME ANYWAY.
SO today I finished two round robin quilts - the border on a third and they are done for a while. two birthday blocks for a online swap (two more of those to go and they are done too) and that is while having a birthday party for dhand dgd and an appointment with the tax man and visiting with dd and dgd. I am proud of myself. Now maybe I can sleep tonight knowing the world is in order and the quilt gremlins aren't bugging me because each one thinks he or she is being neglected.
I will keep you all posted and see if I can keep on a roll.
Ann who is still packing the motorhome but won't let dh take the sewing machines until the very last minute.

all seven of the small projects thaI said I needed for swaps etc. are done and ready to be mailed and I got the first set of stitching on my challenge project. Now it needs machine embellishments, quilting and some hand work embellishments but since is only about 30" x40" that is a doable project for the next few days. Now if I can just keep dh from taking all of my sewing things to the motorhome before I finish the machine embellishments I will be able to finish by the deadline in April.
Unfortunately in cleaning up the sewing room so that everything not traveling with us is put away, I found five or six more ufo's but they are not anything that "has "to be done, So they are staying here and hopefully the quilting fairies will come and finish them but I propably have a better chance to become the US president than I have of finding any quilting fairies to clean up after me. so it is all up to Ann but some things simplly can wait.
so back to packing and doing the last minute sewing Ann aka snowplow who doesn't plan on going far enough north to find snow.
