Tracking email correspondence with members

I am new to blogging and have now posted several blogs Some members have commented and I have responded to them by sending emails. Is there a designated place on TQS where I can track this correspondence? I have not been able to find this info and would apprecite any help. Thanks

Debbie, I usually check the box indicating that I want a copy of the email I am sending from the box on their profile to be sent to me. Then I have the emails in my own email mailboxes and I track them that way.

That solution sounds really simple and I apppreciate you sending a response but I was not able to find where to send a copy to myself.

Yes, you can. You can go to the comments, click on it and you should see an edit button. Click on it, put your comment after the comment and submit.

While we are there, please can you tell me how you put a paragraph break in a comment you are submitting?

Haven't figured that out but then never really tried too much. I usually just put my name in caps and then put my message.

Yes, you can reply to comments on the bloggs. Check out Sherry Reynold's blog. She does it. I don't do it because I seldom go back and read all the comments a second time and if you really want to person to see what you have written to them they might miss it. I know Sherry does it and if I think of it I go back and check.
