Martelli LaCresta Longarm Machine

Even though I use the Martelli ergonomic rotary cutter, I have never tried their LaCresta Longarm Machine. I, myself, am not in the market for a longarm machine, but a friend asked what I knew about the Martelli LaCresta: nothing! I did a google search and came up short on any reviews for this longarm and could not find dealers either (how would you get service on this machine when needed? Ship it to Pensacola?).

So my question: do any of you own a Martelli LaCresta longarm machine, and if so, what's your experience with it?

Yes, we've checked out the Martelli site and watched their video as well, even before sending out this post. But, as I mentioned in my initial query, when doing an internet search, two things are conspicuously missing:
1. Martelli dealers around the country (important for maintenance)
2. reviews by owners of the machine (important to get an idea of what users think the pros and cons of the machine are)

I'm sure my friend will test it out when she sees it at a show--she's been trying out a bunch of different machines over the past year but this was on her list of "worth looking at," for a number of reasons, including purported ease of handling since the machine is held by a system above the machine and because of the hydraulic lift system.

But, there's nothing like getting feedback from actual users as well.

So my question: do any of you own a Martelli LaCresta longarm machine, and if so, what's your experience with it?
