      Thanks everybody! I have decided to give her a name this time. She will henceforth be called Patricia. This is my mother's name and it means Noble so I think that's a pretty good name for her.

                Thanks everybody. Lois, if Patricia could make a cup of tea I probably would stay up all night! :lol: I feel like I have bonded with this baby already. Looking forward to doing lots of things I would never have done before.

                    Yay, Rita! Your description of your visit to the shop makes me feel as if I had been there too. I'm so glad that you made the decision to get the Horizon, you spent a lot of time researching it and trying it out. It's a great machine and I know that you and Patricia will make beautiful quilts together. Congratulations!

                              Thanks Pam. So far all I have done is make pillow-slips (with buttons and buttonholes!) for the festival quilts. I have also embroidered some of the labels. It's fun.
