    SUCCESS! 440QE, 64 Bit Vista & Embroidery Module

    Finally I got the dang thing working!

    And boy am I ever good at deinstalling programs!

    The key was getting the dang driver and port recognized and installed -- once I found it on the Bernina website it worked like a charm -- another "clue" was I had to download Java which gave me more info from the Bernina site . . .

    What a journey this has been and I just wanna stay home and embroider play tomorrow but reality bites and I can't . . .

    All those years of being a secretary and learning new computers surely helped -- little did I know!
