Bernina Video Applique Quilt with Embroidery Module
At the end of the latest Bernina Video, Nina says that the quilt project could be found on the BerninaUSA.com website. I've looked everywhere on the site but could not find it. Maybe I don't recognize it. Has anyone located where the instruction are?

If you go to the Bernina USA web site and look down the selections on left, select "Make It," then select "Projects." I think it is the one that says Activa Art 230.
Try this link:

I've read those instructions and they do not use the features of the embroidery module. The quilt itself doesn't look as nice as the one in the video. The instructions would also need to include designs to load into the software or machine. If these are what Nina is referring to, they're pretty poor IMHO.

I can't find a simple way to email someone at BerninaUSA website to inquire. BerninaUSA refers to TQS for the videos. I love this technique. I am taking a new course at QU with Joanne Winn. We are doing a Dresden Plate and an Aster Star this week. Joanne has digitized the designs for several different systems. I just love to incorporate all these different techniques into my quilt projects.
Anyway, I'll keep trying to find out where the pattern is located.

TQS replied that they've notified Bernina. Thanks!
I am taking a new course at QU with Joanne Winn on Embroidered Applique and it's great. I am having fun, fun, fun. I love this technique because I cannot do much handsewing anymore.I have had thumb joint replacement surgery on both hands and it becomes painful to hold the project and stitch in a very short time. But I love quilting and sewing crafts so I have to use the machine as much as possible. I now have another technique to add to my repetoire
Look in my photo gallery for some photos of what we are doing in the course.

Hey Libby -- I just watched the video and it looks pretty cool. I have the 730 and have to say that I haven't done much at all with the embroidery unit. I don't know anything about the software that's available. Do you have a recommendation?
