P-touch Labeler - The Libby Lehman tool!
[I didn't want to resurrect a forum thread from 2010 so I'm starting it over here.]
I keep "borrowing" the labeler that I originally purchased for my husband...so I decided to get one of my own! I like the "TZ" tapes so I wanted to stay with a Brother P-touch labeler. I found an office model (PT-2030) that was supposed to retail for $50. I was able to purchase it in a store for only $20 yesterday.
There is an "instant savings" promotion that is running right now. I think that it expires tomorrow (Aug. 25th) so you might want to consider buying a label maker now if you have been procrastinating. I got mine at Office Depot.

Tapes are expensive in the states, too. As a matter of fact, I now own 3 labelers because it was cheaper to buy an introductory package containing a P-touch and 2 tapes at Costco than one TZ tape in an office supply store. So that's what I did, multiple times. It's the old "give 'em the razor, make your money on the blades" marketing technique, isn't it?
