Golden Threads paper to the rescue

As some of you may know I have been experimenting with a mostly whole cloth (it has a border though) quilt using a 16th century perspective study line drawing. I know, I'm just a little nuts... or maybe I'm just eccentric...

Anyway, I couldn't figure out how to mark some really small details on the quilt top and so I found out you can actually print on Golden Threads Paper http://www.goldenthreads.com/shop/pr...ting-paper-12/

If you are interested, I describe the process on my blog today http://blog.bjfabricartist.com/ I'll bet that some of you already knew this, but I didn't until I tried it. It sure helps solve some intricate details marking problems. I thought you might like to know if you didn't. It was kind of tough getting it off after I stitched it because it was such small stitching, but I finally did it. Persistence pays off.

Thanks Robin. I think you're right--I've just switched careers and this one is really fun. Honored to be an inspiration. Hugs back.

Love the shoes too! Don't know what more can be said of the quilt you are working on--it is going to be great when it is all done and you will really feel like you have accomplished something.
