Tide to Go marker
(( Tide to Go )) keep one in your sewing room!
After pin pricking my fingure tips afew times yesterday, this "tide to go" helps with those little tiny blood spots!
the "tide to go" looks like markers, thier really magical markers!!!

You're right it sounds gross! But it really works? How could I have gone this long and never heard that? Thanks so much!Originally posted by maureentIt sounds a bit gross but if you prick your finger and get blood on a piece you are working on your own saliva will remove the blood instantly!
I told you it was gross!!!
Now, if we could just avoid the pricking in the first place or the slicing of the fingertip when changing a rotary blade.

I've never tried spit. "Tide to go" sounds more appetizing. Do you have to catch it right away with the saliva? I was quilting this afternoon and found a spot I hadn"t noticed at the time of the mishap. It's small and I figured I'd use a bit of "spray and wash" when the quilt was done and ready for the wash. I'd be willing to try the saliva method but don't want to be spitting on the quilt if it doesn't work on old stains. Gloria

You must have had one of those mothers who used her spit to get the dirt off your face. I did!
