Lorchen, I am so proud of you. I know how hard it is to lose weight. You are an inspiration for me. OK, starting today I will really try hard. It being Lent should help too, but you are my biggest help though. You are looking great, and I am sure you are feeling great too. That is what I want most, to feel good and have more energy. Congratulations! Hugs to you!

I am a big fan of frozen yogurt! And I love coffee, but that is all I will get at Starbuck's. The other drinks are just not worthy.
