    Tuesday, day after V day!

Hi all! I sort of forgot about posting here. I've now bookmarked it so I can find it easier. I do miss "talking" to you all!! I still check QYW every day, sometimes more than once. I just don't want to lose touch. ops:

so, I don't think I mentioned it over at QYW, but about 2 weeks ago, I hurt my knee, getting into my car. Now I need surgery. Not horrible, just orthoscopic...2 "holes" and clean up the meniscus. It'll take place March 8. I'll only be out of work about a week. A little therapy, and good as, or BETTER than, new!! :| I hope, anyway.

So, I'm getting a lot of projects ready to work on! A good excuse as any to make some quilts!

    Take care one and all....
    L

Laurie, prayers for a successful surgery and quick recovery!

Quiet around here. I've pulled fabrics for ds/ddil2b's wedding quilt. I need to buy one more fabric tho - needs yardage rather than fq's. I'm excited to get started on it. I really need to finish some UFO's before I start on it, but have a retreat this weekend, so oops - gonna start the new one!
