    Sorry! I just realized that Barbara Black's Best of Show was in her guild show in Huntsville.

      Margo, my quilt , Mutton But Letters, won Best Machine Quilting. Red Letter Daze won an honorable mention in the machine quilted wall quilts. It was a great show and the competition was pretty amazing. Anyone who had a quilt in the show should feel honored! Sorry you didn't get to go. Hope you get to make it to Houston! I'm counting the days!!

                I just got home from Des Moines. The quilts were spectacular! I was so happy to meet Cathy Friday morning for a quick hug and hello. My friends and I also met Carol Moellers for breakfast and visiting Saturday morning. I was lucky enough to run into her later at the show for more chatting and picture taking with our quilts. She will be posting some photos or a Smilebox soon. The weekend was great fun and I am "done in"!
