Interesting quilt things on the WEB

When reading a online quilt newsletter I subscribe to, I found these two websites with interesting things. The first is a work in progress and only has Australian quilts right now but are supposed to be adding New Zealand and African quilts soon. Haven't had time to look at them all so not sure if any TQS members have quilts in this. The link is http://www.myplacequilts.com.

The second is a video of two sisters who do fabric "paintings" Very interesting. I wonder if they would share as guests some time. Just an idea. http://www.opb.org/programs/artbeat/...ri-Lubbesmeyer

Hope I have gotten these right. Ann

And I found this website thru my Janome 6600 Yahoo group. It's pretty terriffic too! I loved the quilts she made using the shadowing fabrics!

Loved all three websites. The twins are amazing and I checked out their website also. The shadow quilting is beautiful. A TQS member has some beautiful shadow quilts posted. I don't remember who it was though.

This is a TQS member - GetaGrama from Romania. I too, am blown away by her trapunto quilts. I mailed her and she sent wonderful step by step instructions. It's great when we quilters share our skills. Do check out her website - she's done some beautiful quilts.
