Eileen, I got mine also and have to remember to put in somewhere I won't lose it! This should be exciting! My husband is going to use this trip to do his photography so we both should have fun.

I have been thinking about getting one but you have to use your charge card and I've tried very hard these last few months to not use it. Looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet because I do want to wear one.

Eileen, how many months did you have to wait to receive your confirmation? Ricky and the gang are coming to Mesa, AZ in December. I already have sent in my money.

                  Judy,
You can read my saga right here on this forum
We sent our applications on 10/28, heard that we were confirmed on 11/30, and got our packets 3/21.
Apparently the normal procedure is for the packets to go out approximately 6 weeks before the seminar, so we're right on schedule.
I was freaking out last fall when we didn't hear after we mailed our checks. That was just around the time Ricky went to Japan, so I guess that was on the front burner.
But...it all worked out wonderfully for us and I'm sure it will for your seminar too

Thanks, I sent my money in the week it was announced so I don't anticipate any problems. I know I will be excited when the time draws near. Judy

I am eagerly awaiting confirmation for my registration for the Glens Falls seminar- so glad to see so many others here will be going! I'll be bunking in a hotel with a board-mate from the HGTV quilting board. I would love to know if anyone from the Ithaca area is going, I'd be happy to carpool if so!

I am going to the Ocala Seminar, I have checked for LQS in yellow pages in Ocala, no luck, I checked TQS search for shops in Ocala, no luck. Where do you people in Ocala buy your fabric? Who else can I expect to see there? I am counting the days. Betty Ann

I can't believe I will be at the Frederick MD seminar tomorrow! What a blessing that it is being held in the city where my in-laws live - yippee for grammas and grampas who are willing to keep grandchildren so that us mom's can get out and get some well-needed inspiration.

I'm also looking forward to the Frederick seminar! I've talked my daughter into going; she's not as passionate about quilting as I am, but she's looking forward to a girls-only trip with Mom! Should be a great, inspiring weekend...only wish I could take off the rest of the year to quilt! Nancy
