Need help adding photos to forum posts

Janet, try this...
On the Attachments line, click the Add File box.
Ignore the orange box that tells you the allowable file extensions.
Click in the empty box on the Attachments line.
Your iPad should pop up with a choice of "Take Photo or Video" and "Photo Library". Click on Photo Library.
Camera Roll, My Photo Stream, etc should pop up under the Photos menu. Click the desired location, then click on the photo you want to use.
Back to the Attachments line. There should now be "image.jpg" (or similar) in the box following "1."
You won't see the actual picture at this point. You also won't see it if you preview your post. But if the magic works, the picture should be visible after you hit submit.

I get the feeling that this new site is not very "iPad friendly". It feels much more cumbersome to use my iPad on it than using my laptop. Just sayin'.

No luck, the orange box just moves. Sometimes there is a flash in the attachment box like it is trying to connect, but it does not.

Wendy, The bread is gorgeous. To be truthful, thinking I'd rather be eating it than looking at it. Can't find the smiley's from the Quick Reply box even though they say we can use them. How? I can almost smell that bread. Yummy!

Now trying from my iPad and got the same orange message and it wouldn't go any further. :S

It seems to be easy to add photos when on a bog standard PC though, but it does not seem to work if you select 'quick reply'.

To prove a point I thought I'll bore you with a picture of a shawl I'm working on when I find a little extra time. I found the pattern during a holiday in the Czech Republic.
