as for wearing it for our next meet up - it depends on whether my 'pair of bodies' (corsets to you  ) still fits, I've lost just over a stone, and come down about a size and a half in trousers (uk 18's were too small on me at the beginning of the year, now I am into 16's ) By the way my cream & white jacket was tambour embroidered and entirely hand made in about 2 months flat - I needed it done for a banquet, the dust bunnies bred very well for those 2 months!

Wow you are all amazing and your jacket is gorgeous.

I think we should have a caption competition for what your dog is thinking

Did I tell you about the time that I was up on the Sugarloaf (a mountain up the road from where I live here in Wicklow) and it was such a fine day that I was able to see Wales across the Irish Sea. I was so excited that I decided to dash home and get DH and DD to come have a look as it was the only time I had ever seen it. We drove back up the mountain and stood looking over towards Wales with DD very excited. After a while she said "I can't see anything, how many were there Mum?"

Thank you, Mellymoo. We have never been to Hereford, very amiss I know, so we have better make up for it! I will of course need to bring back a souvenir or 5 to make a "Hereford" quilt

Stunning outfits, Rosemary. The number of hours you must have spent making them :!: Labour of love I am sure.
As for your dog and what he/she (?) might have thought: As long as you remember my biscuits and my scoop bags, you can dress however you like!

I've never come across a dog who wouldn't :P I have never understood dog owners who said their dogs didn't like a treat. Mine have always been ready to open wide when it came to treats. Uhm - maybe it is right what is being said about dogs being like their owners or is that the other way around?
