    Dear Lorchen,

I am embarrassed ops: to say i did not what a fascinator was. My knowledge in fascinator's is not good. This ranch girl only knows what a cap and cowboy hat is.

Your pictures and story are fabulous. The new little GD is precious and I bet there will be some new quilts coming soon.

    Thanks for sharing

Wow, GREAT photos! It appears that you had a happy day. Your granddaughter has the most gorgeous blue eyes! I could be green with envy, but that would just be my eye color (not my attitude!)

This is the wonderful package which arrived yesterday from Lorchen - thank you so much! A beautiful scarf in colours which go very well with a new bag I made recently, a pack of Thornton's special toffee chocolate (yummy!), a tissue case in one of my favourite Tilda fabrics and a beautiful card which is now brightening the shelf in front of my sewing machine. Fantastic!

I don't know how I missed this thread, but I'm glad I found it now. Lorchen, the pictures are great and you are all looking beautiful. I also have a son named Andy. He is a character too. Must go with the name. I am waiting to see the picture of your Andy in the hat. I am so happy you had a beautiful day for the wedding. Congratulations to the bride and groom and give your granddaughter a big hug from me.

Pst..... whispering...... Don't tell Andy that I posted this. It's known now in the family as 'Andy with Flying Saucer'.

I missed this thread too. I can't figure out how that happened because I usually check out "view new posts" a couple of times everyday. The pictures are all wonderful. I am glad the party was so much fun that it required tons of recuperation afterward. It was a lovely day. I can see that. Your family is beautiful.

I particularly love the look on the face of the man sitting behind Andy.

Ritzy, that is Uncle Mike, the always grumpy one. I think every family has got one. I was at HIS wedding years ago and he was grumpy all day then. Actually, he still looks the same.
