I use Firefox for a few other things but TQS works on Chrome for me. I have gotten used to switch between browsers when one doesn't work for reasons I can't figure out.
By the way: do you have very long answering times on this website? I do and I think it's TQS that is slow but I don't know for sure.

I agree, Kathy, I have my machine set up to do this automatically on a regular basis and optimize my disk space while I'm at it too!Originally posted by "Tribblemom" post=129122When my browser is slow, I always try deleting the cache or browsing history. It's good to do this on a regular basis, about once a week or you can set it up to dump whenever you shut down your computer.

I don't think this is the slowness that people are seeing. If it's a cache problem then it will affect other Web sites as well. When I post a reply to the forum, it regularly takes 10-15 seconds from the time I click on "submit" before anything happens. I don't have this delay on other Web sites.Originally posted by "Tribblemom" post=129122When my browser is slow, I always try deleting the cache or browsing history. Wow. When I post to the forum, the response is almost instantaneous. Less than a second.Originally posted by "rehak" post=129121
TQS is definitely slower than other Web sites. When I post to the forum, I have to wait several seconds before it responds. I don't have that problem elsewhere.
Only when I attach several photos as jpeg files to my post does it take longer.
Edit: It took longer when I attached this quote.

I must clarify what I had previously said here. Indeed, I take care of the cache regularly to keep my machine optimized, BUT, as Nancy said, it takes easily 10-15 seconds to successfully submit something on the Forum, especially if there is even ONE photo involved. It does not happen to me elsewhere either, only on TQS, and it feels like no one is listening!Originally posted by "rehak" post=129128I don't think this is the slowness that people are seeing. PS (this is an edit): there was no photo in this posting and it took forever after I hit the "submit" icon for my entry to post!
