Ritzy, I give you a pat on the back for effort! I'm sure the cupcakes will be wonderful.
Yesterday I made potato salad, bean and cabbage salad and deviled eggs for Easter dinner today. I was smart and bought a tray of cupcakes at the grocery store! My husband who loves to cook, will cook the ham with a special glaze recipe he found. All in all, it should be a nice day for family and hopefully the return of warmer weather!

Happy Easter everybody. I hope all the culinary disasters are over and that they weren't as bad as first thought. Loved the cartoon Terrie - reminds me of a friend of mine who's dog is always getting at the food she leaves to cool on the table in the kitchen, some people just don't mind sharing their food with their pets.

I've had too many problems to risk doing anything on the group page. I lost access to TQS from Firefox again a couple of months ago and I don't want to risk my access from Chrome. So I'll only be posting pictures in the Forum. Of course, my last loss of access came when using the Forum, but I figure if I use as little of the Web site as possible, then I'll be safest.

Thank you Nancy, Rita, Wendy and Barb for sharing your Libby inspired quilts! They are wonderful. I took a class from her a few years ago, and so I have made almost the exact little quilt as Rita has done. If I had been active on TQS a few months earlier when this challenge had started, I could have just pulled it out and, voila! I would have had mine done!
Ritzy, I do hope your bronchitis is better! I went through that recently, and it took around 6 weeks to get back to normal. I still cough once in a while. I'm sorry you had to struggle with your cup cakes, but glad every one enjoyed them! (I do know that some olive oils are a lot thicker than some vegetable oils! I would blame it on the oil!)
Terri........love the cartoon! Love cats. Off topic, but.....when I was young and poor I splurged on a candy bar one day. A Mounds Bar. I ate half, and then had to go outside to move the sprinkler. When I came back in I found my cat had jumped up onto the counter and eaten the other half. Serves him right, that he got sick later! That was hard earned money that he just threw away!
I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter weekend! I played with my new sewing machine, for the most part. Is there another CW challenge coming up? I'm trying to not be so involved in so many deadlines, so I can participate!
