Oh heck better not put me in charge of anything I'm irresponsible. Mug rugs are Rosemary's baby !

    I'm off to find it

Sue can you change it to Rosemary in charge. Thank you .

OK, so it took longer than a human gestation, but three muggies made it into the mail Saturday. There was Texas Gulf Coast Dreaming, Texas Fair and Square and Texas Weather. The recipients should be receiving them shortly. Yellow Rose of Texas, Texas/Japan Fusion and T for Texas are close to going out (I refuse to put a deadline since I can't seem to keep them!). I will post pictures of the three that I have received shortly. Thanks to all of you for your patience with me. I have learned this year to never say "things can't get any worse!". Instead I am saying "Thank God for today, let me enjoy it to the fullest."

Oh good be more to see. I'm a year late on some so don't fret on your deadline

Sorry to hear you've had a bad time I hope things improve and making mug rugs has been therapeutic

Sue, I got my invitation and accepted but didn't notice my avatar appearing. Maybe I didn't wait long enough. Glad the group is open and anyone can join. May I reemphasize, Sue, just sent out invitations because she wanted to see if it would work. We want people to join in and not wait to be invited. Thanks.

OK--looks like the group accepted my acceptance.

Hi there fellow lizards. Just popped in to check my mail and had an invite to the 'group' of mug rug lizards. I accepted, and its'fine with me. I've been babysitting my grandchildren while their mom is in Jolly 'Ol London, UK. I think she's having a blast! I haven't kept up with the activity here or the photos, so will do that once things get back to 'normal' Comments to follow on all that (maybe...)

However, the invitation prompted me to get my camera out and share with you the penultimate mug rug of all! The Long Man of Wilmington

, sporting BOXER SHORTS!!! :woohoo: . I even took a nude photo of what's under them there boxers, 'cuz for sure someone in this group will want to know...Not mentioning any names.

Big thanks to Posy for her great wit and creative talent on this guy! A treasure for sure. This group may have to go underground if Rosemary gets any more ah, well, hmm...'creative'
'I hope posting the photos goes well 'cus I'm to be on deck for the grandchildren tomorrow morning before school. The I 'get' to be with 2 1/2 y.o. Clara , and I'm going to try to braid her 15-inch long hair! Having had 4 sons, I never got the chance to try it out.
I hope to be back soon, and then re-continue my quilting I thought might possibly be ready for Christmas.

Somehow the pics went in double. Oh well, I haven't had much time to acquaint myself with the new website much. Sorry.
Also, the colours are much nicer - I need to re-learn how to take a better picture.
