That is amazing!! Charae, you did a fantastic job!!!!

Ladies, be proud of me -- I actually ONLY bought thread at the LQS!! But I did mail Ritzy her muggy, and got home and realized --- I never signed the back!! LOL! Tomorrow is another day, thank goodness! I'll try and sign the rest.....

      Charae--that is wonderfully creative!

OMG Charae, that's a wonderful mug rug! Nancy, it could not have been better really could it?

Well done on all counts Heather. Here's to many more mug rugs.

What an original mug rug, Charae. It seems perfect to me.

Heather, you needed a break. Tomorrow is a new day and everything will work out better

Thanks everyone. As I told Nancy this is not an original design. I found it on the internet with no copyright or credit given. My niece thinks it's a tatoo-- works for me! I have been unable to quilt for quite some time, Heather, and I could have written your post while finishing my last two projects. I am sitting in the Denver Airport waiting for my late night return flight to California getting caught up on the Forum and pledging to dedicate my Sunday to quilting. Fingers crossed!

Heather and Andree -- your muggies went in today's mail -- finally!! Heading back north to Williams tomorrow and will be there until the end of October and wanted to be sure to get these in the mail before leaving Wickenburg.

yay! can't wait to see them! Still overcoming those pesky binding issues, but down to the last 2 so should be able to finish and mail today, I hope..... (she says, for probably the third or fourth or fifth time....). Will post here when I mail them all off!

Jane (GolfJane), do I need the northern address, then? I know at one time you sent both, but I'm not sure if I saved that email.......

I think mug rugs are the perfect excuse to try alternative solutions to binding! I don't mind binding on bigger quilts, but mug rugs are so small that I find traditional binding to be a RPIA
