Hi all,
Been away from the computer for a long while, I would also love a copy of the book.
I have also made a little book of our quilt project with the whole story of our 23 quilts made for the flood and cyclone victims using the Creative Memories digital book program. Very expensive but lovely just the same.
Cheers,
Louise in Cairns.

They might be able to add one or two without affecting the cost. but the thing is, lots of extra pages will probably cost more, regardless of whether they have printing on or not.
Personally I think if we could get together all the ones that missed the deadline and put them into something like a pdf that everyone who wants a copy could then download & print out for themselves to put into the back of the book.

Figure it's best to do the final layout once we know what the book looks like / have the book, so that the add-on would have a similar feel, unless I'm stepping on toes and copyrights here....
What kind of timing are we looking at folks?
Obviously we want to give as many persons as possible a chance to add theirs, but also don't really want to make everyone wait five years or whatnot...
Any Input?
I'm off to vacation (yessssssss to Ireland, and later the intl quilt festival in galway) on Saturday, so don't know what kind of Internet connections we'll have on the road, so if you don't hear from me in the next couple of weeks, I havn't disappeared, or lost interest, or whatever...
I shall return...
Hopefully with pictures and stories and many happy memories...

To start with the obvious person to talk to would be CarolM about what layout she is planning etc.
Just think out aloud here, but since these are add-ons what about the idea of bi-monthly editions (or whatever frequency you think fit) up to whatever date you decide (6 months-1 year after the publishing of the official book?). This would have the advantage of being smaller files generally, and hopefully we might 'sweep up' more members with the multiple deadlines. Just be sure to decide on when you want the final deadline to be!
