I am defining duplicate as the same two fabrics in one HST. Yes, there are two or three from the same person, but they are not the same fabrics. I also have 'half duplicates' where one of the fabrics is the same but the other fabric is different. I have about 63 duplicates to share and could pull more by keeping just one from a person who I received two or three from and/or the half duplicates. I want everyone to have as many as they sent. I sent 700 and received only one of my own back. Four of my duplicates are from Australia and one is from Switzerland. A few were from the unsigned group. I think the sorting team did a fantastic job and I am quite pleased with the assortment of HSTs I received. Do I need to give a detailed list by state or name of my duplicates? Thanks to everyone who has volunteered for any step in this process from beginning to now.

I have several HSTs from the same person, all the same fabrics---I'll go thru them all again tonight and write down all the duplicates. I really have many of them. My definition is more than 1 HST from the same person whether the fabrics are the same or not. I sent 617 HSTs and got back the same number. Mona80

OK Everyone - we are ready for an SOS. Susan (aka snflrz4u2) is 492 hsts short. I have her address and I am asking that anyone who was over (or just willing to help) message me directly with the amount you are willing to send. I will email you her mail address so you can send them to Susan directly.
Judging by past posts through out this exchange I can see that we are such a wonderfully generous group, I am sure we can get Susan her missing triangles.
Thank-you!

Mine only contained HST's from the USA. All 615 of mine. I'm from Canada. I would like to exchange with some of the 'international' members. ....DoreenOriginally posted by Mona80Wonderful serin10. I am a bit disappointed with the number of duplicates I recieved, with many from Australia and no other country. Please let me know more!!! I truly admire your courage to do this extra exchange. Wish I Iived closer to help. Bless you, Mona 80

Hi Serin -
I'm happy to tell you that I received many of your HSTs, but you mixed up the fabrics, so I only got a few fabric repeats. I was about 22 short. However, I do have lots of doubles and triples and +++ more. If you need any, just ask. A few members have contacted me personally and we're taking care of that. Thank you for doing this.

We have managed to gather 444 hsts for Susan. We only need 48 more. I know several of you have very generously offered to make more but I believe that these triangles had to have gone somewhere. If I have not received offers to help with the last 48 I'll contact those that have offered to make more. You really are a very generous group of quilters.
Now that Susan is almost taken care of, I would like to ask people who are under or over to message me and tell me how much so I can try to match people up. If the people who are under could also include your mailing address I will forward that along to your match. (This information will also be posted on page 1).
Thank-you all very much for your willingness to help.

I have been lovingly going through my HST’s; they are all beautiful, beautiful and beautiful. Thank you one and all for your HST’s.
Of the 615 I received, I had quite a few duplicates (10 and above, with a 18 from IL and a 22 from NJ) but I can live with that, it really doesn’t bother me in the slightest.
The only thing I am disappointed about is that all of them are from the USA (42 states) and one from Canada. I would really love to receive one from the rest of the International members (they are International to us as well) Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, Switzerland etc, etc.
I don't know if this is the right forum :? but I will post it in another one as well
