Ok--drum roll please! We have 36 states from the USA represented and members from England, Australia and Canada. The total number is:
137. Thanks for your patience ladies. HSTs are due to me by March 15th. If you do not have my address it is because I did not get an email with your email address.

Thanks for the number Ritzy! It sure is a bummer when work gets in the way of fun... We really appreciate all of the work that you are doing so we can all participate! YEAH FOR RITZY!!!
Have we all agreed to send one HST for each participant?

Connie, if you will click on "View New Posts" each time you visit the forum you will see if new posts have been made since your last visit. I don't know why some of them do not always send e-mail notices. :?Originally posted by ConnieJeanRitzy, should I be receiving notifications of new posts. I was receiving them in the beginning, but not now. I still receive emails from the Sisterhood at least once a day notifying me of new posts. Thanks.

Unless Ritzy gets some volunteers to help her sort, she will be doing this herself!Originally posted by pamo65Let me understand correctly: I am to send only 137 HSTs.Originally posted by ritzyI would love if you would send one for each member because it will make sorting so much easier for me. It will really make her job more manageable if everyone sends 137 HSTs.
Sending more would mean more than 18,769 to sort.
Sending less means she will have to switch up the sorting order.
Let's help her out with 137 each, please!
If you send extras for Australia or for Hanne-Grete, (OR RITZY!) please be sure that they are in separate baggies and are well marked. Thanks!

I did not go and check the details, but i think you will only receive email notifications if you have posted to a topic. The Batik topic was originally under a different title and maybe a week ago it was moved to a new topic, I think because of the size. If you did not reply under the new topic, you would not be notified.Originally posted by ConnieJeanRitzy, should I be receiving notifications of new posts. What a great number of participants - I will send one for everybody.
Like I said before, my batik is white - does anyone object to that?... because now I'm thinking that unless there are other whites, it might be odd man out. I can use the white for the Sottt exchange and buy some other very hard to find cream (does that mean beige/off white/white?) However I can certainly do the white for the light batik, because I bought lots.
I still do not have my papers, and called LBQ and apparently they were sent out on Jan 25. Patience

Thanks. I have started to receive them again since I posted today so I think you are absolutely correct.

The light batiks that I have used are more to the white than cream and each has a slight hue of yellow or green or beige. Even so, I think they can all be mixed and will look great. Hope all that are still waiting get their papers soon from Edyta. Don't panic; they sew really fast.
