Wow, you're fast, Dawn! I finished the triangles for the Batiks exchange yesterday, then layed out my color choices for the Sisters exchange. I've been trying to remember to cut strips as a I go so I'll be ready once we know how many are participating.

Glad your HST are done!!! I sent my strips off on Monday. I could not work on the HST this weekend because my machine had to go into the shop so I got to get the strips done. Hopefully I can get the machine picked up today and start working on the HST again.

You must have been lonely without your machine.

AnnElizabeth, I've never been called "fast" before. Feels good! I'm usually one of the slower ones in any class I am in. Probably because I'm always aiming for "a good job," not "amount of output." And, I am retired, and have very few obligations. My time is my own. BUT, I am now a month behind on my BOM. So now I have to play catch up.

Kudos and thanks to the first 3 members who have sent in their strips

                  LoriLB, penelopekingman and tbrown0307

Each sent in 200 beautiful batiks, perfectly folded, bagged by color and then put in a larger ziploc bag with their count and name.

If everyone will follow along just like this, my job will be a breeze (well maybe not a breeze, but this will make it easier)

Now I'm blushing... ops: . I never expected to see my strips on the blog! I''m participating in all three exchanges and I was afraid that I would have a "blonde" moment and mix up the addresses. Now I can't wait to see what I get back!

Count me in too. I just finished going through my fabrics and cutting off what I need for several works in progress and have plenty left to cut into strips. I plan on doing 200. I just have to decide which 20 fabrics to use.
