It doesn't matter which papers you use as long as it is not fusible, the papers can be torn off easily and that the finished square (once it's sewed into the project) is 2". When the HST's are sewn and trimmed, if you open it to a square it will measure 2-1/2", which will make it a 2" finished.

I would love to join this traveling clan. I have a question,, I use triangulations for all my HST'S, can I use this or do I HAVE to use the papers suggested? If I have to then I will need 3 sheets of paper.

I'm chiming in here with a method for those people who are using the Triangulations files to put their name on
the papers without printing labels, or making a stamp, or writing on the papers. It involves using Photoshop.
I have Photoshop CS3 but not Elements, don't have any idea if this would work in Elements. Worth a try!
I apologize for the length of the post, if this doesn't apply to you just breeze on by.
I opened the Triangulations file, located the 2 inch finished page. This page will make 12 finished hst.
Did file copy. This only put the 2 inch page into the memory.
Opened Photoshop.
Created a new file with width 8.5 inches, automatically it picked 11 inches high.
Keep resolution at 72 pixels per inch.
Paste into the new document. Lo and Behold, the page appears!
Now for the fun part.
you will make a text layer by clicking on the T icon. Then type your screen name,
city state and country on two lines. Make the type about 12 point. When finished typing,
click on the name of the layer in the layer palette.
then highlight your text using the mouse, and click Edit and Copy.
Now you will start pasting the name into the triangles.
Step 1. Click on the text tool, then on the screen approximately where the name should appear.
Step 2. Select Edit and Paste. the name appears, not rotated and in the wrong spot!
Step 3. Select Edit, Transform, and Rotate. Grab one of the corner handles of the name box and rotate as desired. Then hit Enter.
Step 4. Click on the move tool. It looks like a crosshairs. Move the name box where you want it.
Keep doing this until all 12 boxes are filled. Once I figured this out, it only took about 5 minutes.
At the end, you will have multiple layers. So, select Layers and Merge all layers.
Then SAVE it where you can find it.
I tried this and it prints out exactly the right size. If you have the Triangulations disk, this could make your life easier for the exchange.
I'm posting a picture of the page. Kathy

You GO, Carol! My papers came yesterday, and I'm going to write my TQS name, State and Country on my triangles before I sew them! Hoping that will be easier!
I'm using one of the new Sharpie pens that doesn't bleed through the paper so there is no danger of the ink getting on the fabrics!

Also...please spell out your state name for the International members who may not know our state abbreviations!

Note on Triangulations or any other computer printout for HST. Be sure to measure your printout. Every printer is different with how they handle the data coming out. You don't have to measure each printout, but do a test. If you pull the file into another file and add data like name and location, also do a test. Each program is unique in how it talks to the printer. It's worth a test printout for accuracy.
One other recommendation is to get thin paper. Not the high end bright white stuff. It will probably tear easier in the end.
Remember we are going for a 2" finished size.
Sorry, these are experiences I've run into when doing graphic arts and dealing with client files from different programs. It's better to test then assume and possibly effect a quilt or many.
Thanks, Clara

I sewed my 5 pages of triangles last night. I fitted 4 repeats of personal information on address labels (font size 8 pt.) and cut them apart. Each little strip fit nicely on the triangle paper backing after I had pressed all the triangles--sure saved time writing. Am planning on mailing them this week.
