The journey of Cotton from plant to T-Shirt! Read and Watch

I was amazed and dumbfounded by what is shown here. Watch the videos and read the text. Then appreciate that 'old' shirt a little more! http://apps.npr.org/tshirt/#/title

Lynn, I just read the making of a t-shirt. Very interesting. I did think the one young woman should try one of our gigantic shirts in place of her too tight shirt. Other than that, the info was great.

Hey Lynn I just realized I never commented on this video you shared. It was SO interesting and I sent it to my kids and husband to see. We all enjoyed learning the secret life of a young t shirt. Thanks!

I heard a follow-up program about this, a program that follows our discarded clothes that go to the recyclers like Goodwill and Purple Heart in the USA. There may be segments in the middle of Lynn's program and this one. It's fascinating and humbling.
