        Wow! These are adorable! I wish these had been around back when I used to sew a lot of children's clothing.

          Personally, when dressing a wriggling baby, I prefered to use smooth round buttons which have the pattern on them. But I know what you mean - cuute!

            I would use the smooth round buttons on the back to close the opening, and the cute buttons on the front for decoration.
