Thanks for sharing. What a beautiful room! I would love to have a cutting table in my sewing room, but the space just isn't there. I very much like how she has her rulers organized -- that I can do.[/i]

How can it possably stay that tidy and be fuctional!

There is no way you should ever start a project and not have a half an hour search for the right scissors, two days taking all the fabrics out trying to choose the right ones and then deciding you have not got the right shade and going out to buy more, leaving all the other stuff out and you most certainly never, ever have flat open spaces without at least five other projects started on them.

I protest, this room is a sham!

(Can she come and sort out mine do you think? I do like the little caddy thingy with the foam insert that holds the smaller scissors etc.)

What quilter would not want this room? Clearly, the person who owns this room has the financial resources to have whatever they want in a sewing room. However, there are some really great ideas here that we can borrow.

Note that ALL of the wonderful features in this studio were HOME MADE by the artist! The only things she was rich in were ideas and talent!

Dreaming I am, but there are some things that are doable in my very small space. But where are the works in progress, what's really behind those doors????? Ok, did the green monster come out? Happy quilting with what I have, Pat
