I will think about getting some of the water soluable thread. But I am pretty sure it would be a bad choice for me. I am also positive that I would not be as good natured as Drew about my oops. Koodoos to you Drew. Man I have got to admit I definately would be ready to kill anyone who came near me the day that happened. I am usually good natured but that would most likely put me over the edge. By the way for those of you who read about my son and the raffle quilt. They already raffled it off a month sooner than I expected. They raised over $200 and his math teacher won. I did finally get the quilt posted. The girl who I made they last baby quilt did it for me she had a photo of both and I told her where to go. So now my profile doesn't look so generic. Yea me! just thought I would pass that info on. P.S. he is still failing math.
    Happy Quilting,

Thanks for posting a real picture, Rachel! I guess this means that the math teacher doesn't show favorites!

Drew, thanks for sharing some valuable advice! I keep mine in a zip-lock bag (like Ann's pill bottle) to keep out the moisture and make sure I know what's on that bobbin!!

Got a nice chuckle from that, and felt a lot sympathetic too. At least it wasn't a swimsuit you made for yourself! I love water soluble thread for making appliqué, so it could happen to me if I don't watch out. Thanks for this cautionary tale and chuckle!

          Oh my, Drew!
I think I would have 'lost it!' Really, really lost it! Really...

          It's a lovely quilt.
