Beautiful quilts Clara. I read all your dedications and it's clear that your grandma Anne was a very special person in your life. What a great way to honour her memory I am sure she would be so proud of you and pleased herself. Congratulations.

Clara~ I am among your legions of admirers. Fabulous quilts and I, too, will be bidding! Question-- have you ever considered offering your patterns for sale? I, for one, would snap them up in a heartbeat :!: :!:

            Wow Clara & all,
You guys are awesome! Sure hope I can get one of those horse quilts.
I haven't been able to get to my sewing machine since before Christmas.
We are remodeling and calving, but everyday I get closer.
            Have a great week-end.

My husband and I have 100 head of Angus cows we calve out (assist the mother cow, look on to see that there are no problems). I do the night shift.
The temperature was 1 degree early this am.
                Thanks for asking.

Can't wait to see all the new mini's.

Wow, I make that -17 celsius! Kudos to you and your husband. You remind me of what a cushy life I lead.

                    Rita,
You have a point, but if you love your job it doesn't much matter.
Don't you think there are unchushy times in all jobs.

It has warmed up to 27 F.

It doesn't feel like work when it is something you love. I once had someone tell me when I was prepping a horse to ride. "I don't think I could get into horse riding, because there is so much work to do before you can even ride" At that very moment I hadn't thought about it as work and it caught me by surprise. I love the whole process.

                      Enjoy every moment.
