My Kool Kaleidoscope has a title... A Study in Construction and Destruction. If the quilt is rotated 180, the quilt in "constructing". In the attached photo, it is "destructing". This was a very fun project and I'm anxious to make another one. Thank you Ricky for growing my skills!
Here is my scrappy Kalaidescope quilt. It has been fun and a challenge. I haven't quilted it yet. For some reason the picture cut off on the left side.
Jan, If you click on the picture it enlarges it and you can see the whole quilt.I have had the same trouble with the forum formatting the pictures properly. Love the color! HelenW

Joyce, Your quilting on the kaleidoscope is perfect. It really complements your great choice of colors in your Kaleidoscope. When you click on the picture all the details are enlarged, incase there are people on the forum that do not know you can do that. HelenW

Nice quilting, congratulations! Your quilt is great too!

My finished quilt, not a great picture because the Colour My World quilt is hogging my design wall. You can't see my fabulous quilting. Will have to remedy that when Ricky does the display of all the finished pieces.

Laceflower, Your great ideas for quilting show fine if you click on the picture and then click the zoom. I like how you used such a variety of quilt designs. Great looking quilt. The borders are perfect to compliment the kaleidoscope. HelenW

I am thinking about a piano keyboard border using some of the leftover strata strips.

The kaleidoscope quilt top is complete! Now to finish the quilting.

After lots of doctor appointments, ER visits and hospital stays with my husband, I have finally finish my Kool Kaliedoscope Quilt. I made a smaller version, I have bad arthritis and cannot handle to large of a quilt. It was really fun to attempt this and I sure learned a lot. Thanks Ricky.

Better late than never!
Had fun putting this all together! I purchased Ricky’s book which really helped.
Really do not need any more large quilts so just completed as a wall hanging of approx. 48” square.
Another great opportunity. Many thanks,
Cathy UK.
