Anita Goodesign questions

Hi,
I'm fairly new to embroidery.. bought a 630 recently.
I have the covered bridge design from Anita that I want to make.
Has anyone made this design?
She says to use dupioni silk.. is there any other fabrics that would be all right to use? JoAnn's here has one color of dupioni!

This may be a bit late, since your original post was back in Nov. But http://www.fabric.com has all kinds of colors of silk duponi. I ordered some from them in Dec, when they had it on sale. They ship fast, and on orders over $35, they ship free.

You might also find dupioni silk at your local bridal or upholstery/drapery fabric shops( e.g. Calico Corners).

There is a quilt shop not too far from me that is known for it's silk dupioni. She has a lot of it. The name of the shop is Pinwheels in it's in Peekskill, New York. I only go there once a year on our shop hop and haven't checked to see if they do online orders. The owner is very nice and she's talented!
