Thanks girls for your comments, the grippers really are quite effective on the template plastic. Thanks Rita, that pic was taken last week for 46th wedding anniversary. By the way I like your new avatar also.

Thanks Gail. Wow 46 years is a long time! You don't look old enough to be married that long - child bride were you?

I got side-tracked on a project with a deadline and it's making me ocd. Is month 3 taking ya'll as long as month one and two?

I felt like this month went a little faster. Yes, there were 36 arcs to paper piece, but they were not as "fiddly" as the paper piecing in months 1 and 2. The curved piecing does require careful pinning, but after a couple of blocks I "got into the zone" and it really was fun and relaxing. Watched a lot of Netflix reruns this month!

I think that it actually took me longer this month. There are 72 arcs by the time you do the inner arc and then the outter arc. It's a lot pinning! But they look so cute when you get them done.

Gail: congratulations for your anniversary! I thought you married at 10

Susan: Just for one set of 4, I spend about 2 hours (once everything was printed, ironed and cut). I guess that for the rest, once I start chain piecing, somewhere between 8-10 hours will be sufficient.

I SHOULD GET BACK ON THIS THIS WEEKEND!!!!

Which method are you using? Striplate or Paper Piecing?

I am NOT paper piecing. I am following Pat's instructions and the previous two months had grain lines marked on the templates

Sue, although I didn't time this months work, to me the work load seemed similar to the last 2 months. The upshot is you still have half the month left so I'm sure you will romp it in
