    A Note From Sue Garman

    Hello everyone --

I wanted to let you all know, personally, that I deeply appreciate all of the comments, hopes, prayers, and everything else that you all have sent our way through the Forum, regarding Jack and his illness and journey to wellness. I have so much newfound respect for people who have gone through this -- I never imagined how wearing it can be on the heart and soul. The good news is that we continue to find blessings amidst the absurdity of this disease -- we have a much greater understanding of the profound importance of relationships and friendships; we have a deeper faith; we have found surprises amidst the trivial; we have found laughter where it is least expected. The list goes on and on, but I will keep this short - I truly want to thank you all for your care and concern; it warms my heart.

    Lovingly,
    Sue

Thank you, Sue, for taking the time to send us all a note. We all wish we could do so much more for you and Jack than just send prayers, but we will certainly continue with those! Hugs, Robin

Thanks for your note updating us. I have been a registered nurse since 1982 and I have seen that attitude is absolutely EVERYTHING in getting well or not getting well. I know that with you by his side Jack will continue to do well and get well. May the gods be with you and may the peace & joy of the moment be in your hearts.
