I've posted my August block. I put a few french knots on but they don't show up so think I'll take them out and put some beads or crystals on after I quilt.

For those of you that are adding the beads now, are you going to hand or machine quilt? I'd like to put them on now but plan to machine quilt and am afraid I'll break them while quilting. How are you all going to handle that?

Love all of the blocks. I really like the idea of adding some personal items in your blocks.

When I get around to making my August block, I will more than likely use beads, but I will add them after completing my machine quilting!
