    June block

I just went to see what the June block is and it's shown! It looks like red tulips. The vase is really pretty. Should be a fun block.

I have all my blocks done, but not all posted. We've had a major computer melt-down lately. However, I haven't done the berries for either April or May. I guess I should get busy! Nancy in lovely NY state.

I had to go check it out for yourself, and you're right! It's pictured, but the pattern isn't available yet. Sue sure is disciplined in not posting the pattern before the 1st of the month! Oh well. I do not have my fabrics with me, so I won't be able to start it until the middle of the month, anyway. I'm just settling on getting it done during the same month, never mind being one of the 1st twelve to post. Sure enjoy seeing everyone else's work, though. And we have a real community going here, don't we?

Ha ha - I only WISH I were disciplined. The Quilt Show web guru posts all the blocks, so he is the one with really great discipline!

It's up on the site and I just downloaded it. Very pretty. I was so excited to see it that I shouted "it's up....it's up." My normally very supportive husband thinks that I have lost a screw somewhere when a BOM being available for download is that exciting.

I've printed it out, too. And the size is correct! My fabrics are chosen and tomorrow I will get started!!! Woo Hoo.

I downloaded it this morning, I have my pattern and overlay done. Now I have to do my templates, then get my fabrics ready. It will be a while since I am doing needle turn applique.

Congrats, Margo! Looks great, as always! I love the bi-color in the tulips. Good contrast there.

Margo your block looks beautiful. I don't know how you do that so quickly. Just the preparation work is so time consuming. Karen

I just finished my June block and have posted it on my profile. I agree with Margo, it was an easy block this month. Wonder what July will hold!!!

                              Yours is lovely, Margo.
