I ordered your ruler set and received confirmation that the order was in as of July 5. I still do not have the rulers and have heard nothing about the order being shipped!! I can't start the lessen without the rulers. Let me know what has been happening and when the order will be shipped. Hopefully soon. Ginny Hanson, 508 6th St NE, Stewartville, Mn.

I too am getting concerned about my ruler set order. I placed the order July 9 and received an email confirmation on that day. I just checked my account and the order is still being processed. I would have thought that the order would have been sent out by now. Is there a problem? Is part of the set backordered?

Edited to add: I received my ruler and template set about two weeks after I posted the above. Yeah!!!!

When I had a question about the ruler set being sold by the TQS Shop, I called the Shop and left a message. They called me back within 24 hours.
To find the contact info for the TQS shop, I clicked on "Company Info" under the "Shop" tab in the upper right of this screen.
I may be wrong, but I think calling or emailing the TQS Shop directly will be better than posting a comment on the Forum.

I am 72 years old and am one of the ones who do not use Facebook.
However, in order to see the extra videos Gina was talking about, I figured out how to get back on Facebook. It was super easy. I just googled "facebook gina perkes."

Thank you Gina, for going to the extra work to make those clarification videos. They are very helpful.
