It is a17” Feathered Star, with borders around to fill the space. I used EQ8 for the paper piecing pattern.

My Ruffled Roses quilt won BOS

Many of you from the Halo Medallion Forum have asked to see pictures of my Ruffled Roses quilt. It has won BOS at the Boise Basin Quilt show and got a second place ribbon at the Machine Quilters Showcase in Sandy , Utah. It has to be my favorite quilt I have ever made.

I totally agree-Sue would have loved your quilt! The quilting is spot on and the whole quilt is beautiful. Did you do the applique by hand or machine? Either way, it is phenomenal!
