I recently joined this group and have found the 2011 and 2013 BOMs. I can't find the patterns anywhere. Can someone help me. I absolutely love both of them!!!

The BOM patterns are only available on this site during the year in which they offered. After that, the patterns become the property of the designer and they can sell them elsewhere. For example, I did a search on the Ruffled Roses pattern and found it here http://www.homesteadhearth.com/ruffled-roses.htm.
So, be sure to download the BOM patterns while you are a member so that you have them if you want to make them in the future. This year's BOM will be removed from TQS in Jan 1, 2015.
